At LuluPopwear, we strive to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (tags attached, no signs of wear, and no damage).
  • Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, such as underwear, swimwear, and sale items marked as "final sale."

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us at  lulupopwear@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging (if possible), along with the return authorization number.
  4. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

2. Refunds

Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 15 days. Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding any original shipping fees (if applicable). You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. Alternatively, you can reach out to us for assistance with exchange procedures.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue by offering a full refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost.

5. Sale Items

Items marked as “final sale” or deeply discounted may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless the item is defective.

6. International Orders

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued in the same currency used for the original purchase, and the amount may vary based on exchange rates and fees.
